Apart from the purchase price of your voicemail recording, there are no add on costs. No contracts, No Subscriptions, No monthly payments, No Annual user fee's. Costs start at £19.95 and the only costs above that are if you require more than one recording. Price is based on a message up to and including 60 words. We offer a discount when purchasing more than one message in your order.

Our recordings are compatible with all VoIP and Cloud phone services. As standard we record and send back your recording in 2 formats. MP3 and also WAV 8khz 16 Bit. We also on request will supply your recording in any specific audio format required, should your phone system not use MP3 or wav formats. e.g CITT ulaw or alaw formats MP4 etc

Typically, our service is based around a 24 hour turned around for the majority of recordings. In some cases, therecording maybe made the same day as booking is confirmed and paid for. In some cases, outside of our normal business workdays it can take between 24 / 48 hours. Messages are returned and recorded subject to the availability of the voice that you have chosen.

The answer is yes, BUT unlike VoIP phones you can not 'upload' the recording to your voicemail service with a mobile phone. You would have to physically play the recorded message through a speaker and record into your mobile phone as if you were yourself speaking. This is currently the only way you can get a professional message onto a standard mobile phone.

This depends on what you need to say to your caller. Too long a message and your caller may hang up, too short and you may not be providing enough information that your caller needs. We are always happy to advise and have a series of voice over templates that you can view to take some ideas from. If you need a particularly long message, it maybe wise to check with your service to make sure that there are no restrictions on recording length.
