CAN I USE ON MY MOBILE PHONE? (Please read this item BEFORE purchasing if using on a mobile phone) You will need to add the message yourself manually.
If you are intending to use the voicemail recording on your mobile phone you must be aware of the following:
Unlike VoIP and Cloud based services there are no direct upload services to get your recorded message onto your mobile phones voicemail service. This means that the ONLY way you can put your recording onto your mobile phone is by doing the following.
1. Access your mobile services voicemail from your mobile phone.
2. When prompted to ‘record’ Play your recorded message via speaker into the mobile phone directly.
There is no alternative to this method – UNLESS you are using a VoIP or Cloud service whereby you will be able to upload the audio file directly to your service.
If you need further information on this before making your purchase please contact me BEFORE placing your order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
In most cases your recording will be ready within 24 Hours. This as always is subject to which voice you have chosen.
Should any delay be anticipated after you have placed your order you will be advised. At which point should you wish to you can cancel your order.
MY MESSAGE IS LESS THAN 60 WORDS
If you have 2 messages and together they still are less than 60 words combined then the cost will be for 2 recordings e.g £24.95
This again covers set up and studio time and any associated editing that may be required.
If you have any further questions of pricing, please call or email for clarification.
MY MESSAGE IS JUST OVER 60 WORDS
If your message exceeds this word count then it will be caluculated in the next price range e.g £24 GBP
WHAT IF THERE IS A MISTAKE IN THE RECORDING ?
If I send you a recording with a mistake in it then it will be correct at no additional cost to you. If you have made a mistake in the scripts sent to us then in most cases it will be corrected without charge.
If however you decide to re draft a section of the script originally supplied there maybe an additional fee for re-recording the message.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE CORRECT AUDIO FILE FORMAT?
You have a choice of audio file formats to choose from in the drop down menu. If you are unsure as to which one to choose please select MP3 / WAV 8khz 16 Bit. In MOST cases this will be the one needed if using the message on a VoIP or Cloud based service.
Should you need an alternative format after the recording has been sent to you, just let me know and I will change to the correct one for you at NO additional cost to you.
Your service provider should be able to confirm the file type required.
