In most cases your recording will be ready within 24 Hours. This as always is subject to which voice you have chosen. Should any delay be anticipated after you have placed your order you will be advised. At which point should you wish to you can cancel your order.

The simple answer is YES. However, because mobile phone services don’t give you the option to ‘upload’ the recording to your mobile phone’s voicemail it can mean that there is an overall reduction in sound quality.  Please contact me for further information on this before placing your order.

If your messages is less than 60 words then the intial cost of £19.95 still applies to that message. This cost covers set up and studio time for each recording that is booked.

If you have 2 messages and together they still are less than 60 words combined then the cost will be for 2 recordings e.g £24.95

This again covers set up and studio time and any associated editing that may be required.

No problem! The 60 word count is your guide for pricing purposes. If your message is NO MORE than 70 words in total thats fine. 

If your message exceeds this word count then it will be caluculated in the next price range e.g £24 GBP

If I send you a recording with a mistake in it then it will be correct at no additional cost to you. If you have made a mistake in the scripts sent to us then in most cases it will be corrected without charge. If however you decide to re draft a section of the script originally supplied there maybe an additional fee for re-recording the message.

You have a choice of audio file formats to choose from in the drop down menu. If you are unsure as to which one to choose please select MP3 / WAV 8khz 16 Bit. In MOST cases this will be the one needed if using the message on a VoIP or Cloud based service. Should you need an alternative format after the recording has been sent to you, just let me know and I will change to the correct one for you at NO additional cost to you. Your service provider should be able to confirm the file type required.
