Use with VoIP and Cloud Phones our files are compatible with ALL Phone systems. *Restrictions will apply if using on a mobile phone. (Please contact us before ordering if using with a mobile phone).

Your recording will be emailed to the email address you provide at checkout. Your recording(s) will be sent in 2 formats - MP3 and Wav 8KHZ 16 Bit Formats. If you require audio in a different format, please add the details along with your message to be recorded.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

In most cases your recording will be ready within 24 Hours. This as always is subject to which voice you have chosen. Should any delay be anticipated after you have placed your order you will be advised. At which point should you wish to you can cancel your order.

WHAT IF THERE IS A MISTAKE IN THE RECORDING ?

If I send you a recording with a mistake in it then it will be correct at no additional cost to you. If you have made a mistake in the scripts sent to us then in most cases it will be corrected without charge. If however you decide to re draft a section of the script originally supplied there maybe an additional fee for re-recording the message.

MY MESSAGE IS LESS THAN 60 WORDS

If your messages is less than 60 words then the intial cost of £19.95 still applies to that message. This cost covers set up and studio time for each recording that is booked.

If you have 2 messages and together they still are less than 60 words combined then the cost will be for 2 recordings e.g £24.95

This again covers set up and studio time and any associated editing that may be required.

MY MESSAGE IS JUST OVR 60 WORDS

No problem! The 60 word count is your guide for pricing purposes. If your message is NO MORE than 70 words in total thats fine. 

If your message exceeds this word count then it will be caluculated in the next price range e.g £24 GBP

WHERE CAN I USE THE CUSTOM MESSAGE

Your CUSTOM Message is intended for usage in Shops, Warehouses, Factories or Public Events. The messages are NOT for Public Broadcast -additional costs will be applied if in this cases as usage rights may apply.
