Why are you cheap?

We offer a low-cost option for those wishing to get a high-quality voice over at an affordable price. We have our own studio, and use our own hand-picked in-house voices. We have years of experience and 5 Star reviews. For us it is not just about the recording, it is also about the before and after service we offer too.

Good Cheap Voice Over Recording

I don’t like to use the phrase ‘cheap voice over’ but in some cases clients are not looking to record epic productions and just need some help in putting together a short presentation that may only be seen by a small group of people. Or you may be putting together a community based event. In which case why would you want to spend lots of money you may not have?

How do I know if the quality of your recordings will be what I’m looking for?

Its a good question and the answer from me is that i have many examples of my recordings here on the website. All of the audio without exception was recording by myself in my own recording studio. I have a sound booth which is important for ensuring that there are no outside sound heard in your recording. No ambient room noise, no cars passing by the window etc..

So how can you provide a cheaper service than other people?

The honest answer is perhaps because i dont have the same over heads as other voice over’s. I have my own studio, its located at home and I have invested heavily over time to make sure that it’s the best studio it can be. That doesn’t mean however that i’m going to record voice over work for free.

What kind of recording equipment do you have?

As I have mentioned before I have invested heavily in the studio equipment that i use. All of it is digital e.g digital audio interface from studio microphones through to digital recording using the latest software. I could provide a list of studio equipment that I use but i’m not one for lists although I am more than happy to let you know should you wish to learn more.

OK so how do the costs work then… Well you are working directly with myself on your project. There are no other people involved, no additional studio fee’s to pay to a third party, no agent fee’s etc so prices are based individually on each project and costs will be dependant on what the recordings are to be used for.

Experience

Well this goes with out saying. You can’t just buy a mirophone and become a voice over artist. I have been in the media industry for over 25 years, first having started in radio presention from everything from the Breakfast Show through to Drivetime. I’ve been the Programme Manager at Radio stations and I have produced many radio commercials in that time. from this I decided to become a full time Voice Over.
